NTDT 40313 Supervised Practice II
Prerequisites: NTDT 40403 and current enrollment in the BS in Dietetics (DIET) major. Supervised practice experiences are in selected community and foodservice settings with an emphasis on food systems management and the provision of nutritional services and nutrition education.
