Associate in Arts in Accounting
The Associate in Arts in Accounting program prepares students for entry-level positions in business.
The graduate of the Associate in Arts program may apply all the credits earned toward a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
Courses earned from Strayer University do not automatically qualify the holder to participate in professional licensing examinations to practice certain professions in any state. All students interested in practicing a regulated accounting profession requiring licensure from a state regulatory agency should contact the appropriate state regulatory agency in the field of their interest. This program is not available in Arkansas. This program is not available at the New Jersey campuses and is available in an online-only format to New Jersey students. Students enrolled in this program in Florida and North Carolina must follow the requirements in the catalog section applicable to their state. This program is called the "Associate of Applied Business in Accounting" in Ohio.
