MPP 507 U.S. Public Policy in a Capitalist World

This course explores the historical roots of the modern interstate capitalist system and its relationship to the United States. It examines the theories and histories of the modern state, as well as the ways in which capitalism limits or makes possible contemporary domestic and foreign policy.
