The course emphasizes marketing in a global context and illustrates the importance of international marketing in the era of globalization. An understanding of the nature of the international marketplace and the multifaceted and challenging forces that shape the current international marketing environment is provided. Topics include: social, economic, governmental and legal environments, marketing research, product, pricing, distribution and promotion with emphasis on cultural implications.
