CRJ 21400 Victimology

Too often the focus of the criminal justice system has been on the criminal, hence the name. What happens to the criminal? What are their legal rights? How they can be rehabilitated, etc.? This class will explore many of these same questions, but from the victim's point of view. This is necessary since victims are determined to no longer be bystanders in the criminal justice process.
