FIT 21100 Applied Concepts of Fitness Training
Designed to apply the concepts and techniques of personal fitness to individual exercisers. Students will practice measuring and testing techniques used in exercise assessments and conduct training sessions on class participants. Additionally, students will complete a Personal Training Certification Exam accredited by the National Council of Strength and Fitness.
