MUS 16000 Introduction to Digital Music

This course will present an overview of music technology software and hardware for musicians and composers. Course material will focus on digital audio, MIDI, MIDI sequencing, notation software, live recording, and mixing. Students will utilize the digital audio lab to demonstrate their understanding and application of various digital music practices. All students enrolled will be granted access to the digital audio lab.
