CRJ 10300 Juvenile Justice System

This course offers an overview of juvenile delinquency and its impact on society. An interdisciplinary approach is used to analyze the causes of delinquency and the treatment of juvenile offenders. It explores the philosophy and role of the three main components of the Criminal Justice System: Police, Courts and Corrections and how different their approach is when dealing with juveniles.
