PLG 105 Domestic Relations

This course prepares the paralegal to assist attorneys with family law cases. Topics covered include conducting intake interviews, formation of marriages, prenuptial agreements, annulment, grounds for divorce, separation agreements and procedures for obtaining a divorce, spousal support, property division, child support, visitation, child custody and adoption.
