PLG 107 Contract Law and Litigation

This course covers the law of contracts, including an examination of both common-law contracts and Uniform Commercial Code principles. Topics covered include contract formation, consideration, mutual assent, legality, enforceability, sales, breach and remedies. Students will learn to draft simple contracts.
