Chapter 30 – The Montgomery GI Bill Active Duty Educational Assistance Program

This program is available to servicemen and women who entered the military after July 1, 1985 who paid into an education fund for one year in order to be eligible for 36 months of educational assistance. Some Chapter 34 veterans are eligible to be rolled into this Chapter’s funding.
