CRJ 214 Victimology

This course focuses on the victim’s perspective of the criminal justice system. Too often the focus of the criminal justice system has been on the criminal, hence the name. This course will assess how the judicial system treats victims/survivors of crime. This is necessary because they are being encouraged to be active participants in the criminal justice process.
