New York State Adult Career and Continuing Education Services - Vocational Rehabilitation (ACCES-VR), formerly VESID

This program is designed to serve persons with disabilities that constitute or result in a substantial handicap to obtaining and maintaining gainful employment. VESID counselors refer qualified persons to the College and VESID sponsors them through direct payments that cover part or all of the student’s institutional charges.
