MCS 110 Pluralism & Diversity in Business and Industry

This course explores the diversified workforce and how a manager or employee embraces diversity in the workplace. Topics include: a new society; immigration; diversity in socioeconomic status; African American perspectives; religious influences in business; gender related issues; special populations; labor influences on economic status; successful business entrepreneurs and business people; affirmative action policies; communications in a diversified workforce; and managerial approaches to embrace diversity in the workplace.
