Auditing Courses
For a reduced tuition rate, students may take a course by “audit,” meaning they receive no credit and are, therefore, not required to complete class assignments and tests. Faculty may choose to not grade assignments completed on an audit basis. All students may take advantage of the audit option, but if space in a particular class is limited, matriculating students have enrollment priority over auditing students. Audit students are responsible for all regular fees associated with the class. Once the semester starts, audited courses are non-refundable and ineligible for course drop and registration changes (students are not permitted to switch registration from credit to audit or audit to credit).
