HCM 2303 Principles of Health Care Management
The focus of the course will be on the skills of health care managers. Topics covered include but are not limited to: health care environment, leadership, communication, medical terminology; health care governance; operations; reimbursement; quality improvement; corporate compliance, ethical and legal considerations; change management, and strategic planning; human resource management, financial and physical resource management; and organizational development will also be covered.
