LDR 3713 Leadership of Teams
Exploration and application of key leadership and management theories within organizations and the behaviors that emphasize the importance of people as the most valuable organizational asset. Students will analyze the relationship between personal and shared vision and values within an organization aided by the theories and techniques of communicating within the context of a team or community.
