Covers best practices in formal and informal assessments including observations, norms, cognitive functioning, memory, processing, taking anecdotal notes, compiling information from a CA60, use of behavior checklists and teacher records. Connects assessment practices to the writing of effective IEPs. Includes 30 hour field experience. PR: EDS 3113. Course fee.
