Campus Ministry

Staff

Chris Shields II is the Assistant Dean of Spiritual Formation & Campus Pastor at Rochester College and is responsible for supporting Katelyn Hargrave (Chapel Coordinator) in the planning and implementation of our chapel program. In addition, Campus Ministry oversees worship experiences, service projects, pastoral care, mentoring groups, devotionals and Bible studies.

Campus Ministry Programming

Campus Ministry programming exists to encourage a greater awareness of our Creator and help increase Christian fellowship within the campus community. Programming includes individual pastoral care, residential devotionals, weekly Community Chapel, a Sunday night communion service; The Tenth Hour, Community Service projects such as Shack-a-thon and other activities during the semester. Students in need prayer can email prayer@rc.edu and Campus Ministry can pray for you and with you. The Campus Ministry offices are located in Associates Campus Center just outside the Center for Student Life Office.
