Housing Applications, Immunizations, Deposits

All new students requesting campus housing should:

• Pay their $250 housing deposit to the Business Office, Daniel Hall 207 or pay online Student Accounts | Piedmont University.
• Submit their proof of immunization form*
• Complete the housing application at Please sign in - eRezLife

*Immunizations Required

All students born on or after January 1, 1957 must submit a completed Proof of immunization form. Meningococcal vaccinations must be current within five years for students living in the residence halls. Revaccination may be required to maintain residential status.

These forms must be completed and signed by a doctor or health department official before moving into your residence hall. Please read and follow the instructions for the forms carefully.

All returning students requesting campus housing should:

• Pay the $50 housing deposit to the Business Office, Daniel Hall 207 or pay online (Deposits increase if not paid by February to $250).
• If needed, update contact information by submitting a Student Information Form.
