Disorderly Conduct
- Disorderly or obscene conduct or breach of the peace on College property or at any function sponsored or supervised by the College or any recognized College organization is prohibited.
- No student shall push, strike, or physically assault any member of the faculty, administration, staff, student body, or any visitor to the campus.
- No student shall sexually assault any member of the faculty, administration, staff, student body, or any visitor to the campus.
- Conduct on College property or at functions sponsored or supervised by the College or any recognized College organizations, which materially interferes with the normal operation of the College is prohibited.
- Verbal or sexual harassment is prohibited.
- No student may misrepresent facts, falsify, or lie to College officials.
- No student shall disobey a lawful order of a College official including, but not limited to failure to evacuate a building during a fire alarm or refusing to present an ID upon request. Failure to cooperate with and show respect for College faculty, staff (including Resident Assistants, Resident Coordinators, and Resident Directors), guests, or vendors is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to verbal offensiveness and obscene gestures.
