NUR 2403 Maternal-Child Nursing/ADN Transition

This course emphasizes clinical application of the nursing process as an approach in assisting women, children and families in meeting their basic needs in a variety of settings. The roles of the nurse as a provider of care, communicator, teacher, manager, and member of a profession provide the framework for clinical application and evaluation. This course consists of 67.5 theory hours.
