While PHSC does not issue parking tickets, local law enforcement agencies patrol parking lots regularly and may ticket drivers for driving or parking infractions. Drivers with questions or concerns about ticketed vehicles should contact the issuing municipal law enforcement agency. PHSC is not empowered to appeal your ticket.
