EPI 0001 Classroom Management

This course prepares the participant to set up a classroom, establish classroom policies and procedures, utilize various styles of presentations, employ varied teaching strategies including technology-infused instruction, and develop an awareness of the B.E.S.T. (Benchmarks for Excellent Student Thinking) standards in Florida.  Teacher candidates will learn methods for establishing and maintaining cooperative relations with parents.  Teacher candidates will conduct research in professional literature to seek best practices and develop the craft of effective instruction.  A grade of "C" or higher must be attained.
