Program of Study Declaration

Program of study changes must be reviewed by an academic advisor. Changes to programs of study must be processed before the end of the drop/add deadline for the term. Changes submitted after the add/drop deadline will be processed for the subsequent term. An advisor's signature is required to change a program of study.
