HIM 2214 Healthcare Statistics
This course will provide the student with an understanding of health care statistics.The student will use mathematical skills to determine patient census data, percentages of occupancy, length of stay, and mortality and autopsy rates. The student will be exposed to data types and the different types of graphs used to display information. The course will conclude with basic research principles and inferential statistics in healthcare.
