Advanced, independent study and research in an area of critical theory and social justice initiated and guided by a faculty member. Students will work in topics and areas that are un- or under explored, or toward transforming methods or paradigms in the existing discourses or practices. Final projects will take the forms appropriate for the research (e.g., essay, policy proposal, qualitative or quantitative research) May be taken for 2 or 4 credits. Permission of instructor is required.
