Curriculum Overview
The Master of Health Science in Integrative Care curriculum was designed by national subject matter experts from across the healthcare spectrum to be informed by the past and present, as well as forward-thinking in integrative care. While delivered via distance education, the program will also provide opportunities for practical individualized projects to tackle the challenges of today’s healthcare world.
Each course in the program is designed with an interdisciplinary, competency-based curriculum, and innovative lens that prepares graduates to connect and solve challenges in the healthcare industry.
This program is conveniently packaged in seven-week intensive courses, culminating in a capstone project which is 15 weeks. Students have the flexibility to complete the program in one year full-time or select a part-time schedule. All courses are asynchronous, except for three health coaching courses that have required synchronous components.
Holistically, our program provides practical application and experiential courses, where students develop vital skills in client-centered, evidence-based, and personalized care in the integrative care field. Our program also prepares graduates to evaluate research, medical technologies, clinical design, and business principles to be leaders and innovators in the fields of wellness.
