ESL002 ESL Integrated Skills I
This course introduces intermediate level ESL students to reading for academic purposes. Students develop reading strategies, critical thinking skills and academic vocabulary to increase reading comprehension. In addition, students will develop note taking skills and improve their listening comprehension. They will also build fluency and accuracy in their use of spoken English from a wide range of academic disciplines to improve class discussion and presentation skills.
