GWS104 Introduction to Gender and Women's Studies
This class will examine the ways that socialized behaviors and social relations of women, men, and non-binary people underlie U.S. politics and culture and the ways we experience and perpetuate power relations and privilege. This course will use feminist and interdisciplinary methods to explore gender relations at local, national, and global levels, and will investigate the relationship between the personal and political. Fulfills Open, Liberal Arts, Humanities, and Social Science electives.
