MGT208 Small Business Financial Management
This course helps small business owners and entrepreneurs use financial information to make informed business decisions. Topics include: basic accounting information and financial statements, personal financial planning, business and personal credit management, small business lending, budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial analysis involving cost-benefit, net present value, break-even, and ratios. The class incorporates the use of spreadsheets as it relates to small business financial management. Fulfills open and business electives.
