PSY112 Introduction to Gerontology

Surveys major areas of concern in gerontology, including the physiological aspects of aging. Particular emphasis will be made in developmental tasks, role change in the family, community and the larger society, personal adjustment, facing death, economics, and societal responses to aging. Fulfills open, liberal arts, social science, and behavioral science electives.
