CHE103 General Chemistry 1
An inorganic chemistry course designed for science and engineering majors. Topics include: atomic theory, equation writing, nomenclature, stoichiometry, structure and bonding, states of matter, and solutions. Laboratory work is coordinated with lecture and involves primarily quantitative methods. Fulfills open, liberal arts, and with CHE104, laboratory science sequence electives. (3 hours of lecture, 3 hours of lab per week)
