Requirements Management: From Capability Gap to Acquisition emphasizes the critical role of requirements management in ensuring the successful delivery of capabilities to the warfighter. Through case studies, practical exercises, and discussions, students will gain a comprehensive understanding of how capability gaps are identified, prioritized, and addressed through materiel and non-materiel solutions. Additionally, the course will cover the integration of requirements into the Warfighter Acquisition System (WAS) and the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process.
