MATH 345 Probability for Actuaries I

(3-0-3) This course is designed to prepare students for the Society of Actuaries Financial Mathematics exam. Topics include: laws of probability, conditional probability, independence, Bayes' theorem, discrete univariate random variables, measures of central tendency, measures of dispersion, and moment generating functions.
