Distance Education

Morehead State University offers numerous education classes, through advanced technology, to students in the region. Students earn credit toward a degree by interacting with their peers and professors through interactive compressed video (ITV) and Internet classes. Regional Campus System

Morehead State University maintains a system of regional campus centers in Ashland, Mt. Sterling, Prestonsburg and West Liberty, in addition to offering classes at the University Center of the Mountains, Hazard for the purpose of providing higher education access to place-bound and time-bound students who are geographically remote from the University's campus in Morehead.
