SPRT.1100 Orientation to Professional Tennis Management
This course provides an introduction to the field of professional tennis management. Students will explore the career as a whole and the way PTM blends aspects of sports studies, management, education, event planning, accounting, and other skills within a rewarding career. The course will examine the connection between physical and mental wellness and career success, it will examine the professional and peer relationships within the global tennis industry, will examine the history and the present day structure of the tennis industry, including its leadership organizations.
