Fingerprinting

• All fingerprinting for NYS is done through MorphoTrust. To fill out an application and schedule an appointment, go to the website www.identogo.com, select Get Fingerprinted and select NYS, or call them at (877) 472-6915.
• ORI Number: Morpho Trust will ask you to provide a Service Code (or ORI number) at the point of application.
  • The Service Code (or ORI number) for NYSED is: 14ZGQT
• Payment: The total fee for fingerprinting is $101.75. Payment can be made at the time of scheduling with a credit card, or on site with a check or cash only. At this time, fingerprinting locations are not equipped to accept payment with a credit card.
• ID: You must have two forms of identification. At least one form of identification must contain a photo.
  • Acceptable forms of ID include, but are not limited to: U.S. Passport (expired or unexpired); Unexpired Foreign Passport; Driver’s License or Photo ID Card; U.S. Student ID card with photo (high school or college); Photo ID card issued by Federal, State or Local Government; Voter Registration card; U.S. Military Card; Military Dependent’s ID Card; U.S. Social Security Card; Canadian Driver’s License; Original or Certified Copy of a Birth Certificate; U.S. Citizen ID Card; Certification of Birth Abroad
