American Studies Program
Introduction
American Studies is an interdisciplinary program of study of North America's social and political landscapes, intellectual and religious traditions, and cultural geographies and expressions. Graduates of Manhattanville’s American Studies Program are pursuing careers in teaching, historic preservation, museum work, publishing, marketing, nonprofit work and broadcasting, and have completed graduate programs in American Studies, History, Management, Museum Studies, Political Science, and Law.
