SPRT 2050 MEASUREMENT IN KINISEOLOGY

This course focuses on the methods and materials for measurement and evaluation in Kinesiology. Students will be able to gain a deeper understanding on data collection and analysis so they can make appropriate decision based on evidence. The course is organized into four parts: (I) Introduction to Tests and Measurements in Human Performance, (II) Basic Statistical Concepts, (III) Reliability and Validity, and (IV) Human Performance Applications. Activities in the course will address motor skills, physical fitness, and knowledge and attitudes associated with physical activity.
