Networking Technologies with a Specialization in Cloud Computing Associate in Applied Science
This track provides a common first semester as in the Cisco-Red Hat Linux Administration specialization. Advanced coursework focuses on network administration from a virtual and Cloud perspective. Students will be provided with instruction from various Cloud platforms including Amazon AWS, and Microsoft Azure. Scripting language instruction will be provided in Python and PowerShell, as well as instruction in database design (MySQL). Security is addressed from a virtual and Cloud Perspective. The curriculum is also designed to make graduates workforce ready and to prepare them for industry certification. All coursework will involve lecture and hands-on instruction.
