INDS 245 Social, Economic and Ethical Issues in Health Care in the US and UK
This course examines selected social, economic and ethical aspects of the health care systems of the U.K. and the U.S. After providing an overview of the two systems, selected features are compared. Once comparisons are made, the ethical implications of system differences are explored. The course includes lectures, discussions, guest lectures, site visits, student presentations, and short papers. [GM2]
