Focuses on the situation of women in the world of crime, as offenders, victims and professionals working in the criminal justice system. The theoretical background will be mainly inspired by North American and European feminist criminologists. Students should attain a fundamental basis as to how women work within, are treated by and deal with the criminal justice system.
