REC 4800 LEGAL ASPECTS OF RECREATION, SPORT AND EVENT

This course will provide a better understanding of the law with respect to challenges encountered by recreation, sport and event professionals. The course will cover legal concepts, situations which give rise to law suits, and principles of risk management.
