A continuation of FIN 3310 with emphasis in long-term management decisions. In particular, the course focuses on such topics as equilibrium asset pricing models, cost of capital, risk analysis and real options theory in corporate decision-making cash flow estimation, and optimal corporate structure and dividend policies.
