OT 5520 RESEARCH METHODS IN OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY I

The concepts and methodologies of scientific research as related to occupational therapy are introduced. Topics include research design types, methodology, applied statistics, analysis and interpretation of data, and evidence-based practice. Emphasis will be placed on becoming an educated consumer of research. Students will complete an initial literature review for proposed investigation. TYPE OF COURSE: Required for Majors in the Professional Phase of the Program
