Generalist Social Work Practice in a Multicultural Environment I is the first of a two-part generalist practice course. It serves as an introductory course to the varied knowledge and skills applied to enhance the well-being of individuals, families, groups and organizations. Values and ethics that guide professional practice with diverse population and the theoretical frameworks which inform practice, provide students with a basis for promoting social and economic justice.
