Early/Elementary Education, AA

The early/elementary education program prepares students who are transferring to a four-year university with teaching programs in early childhood and elementary education leading to a teaching credential. Our program also serves students who would like to enter the workforce after earning their AA, as paraprofessionals, substitute teachers, tutors, or educators in early/elementary education programs inside and outside of traditional public-school settings.

This program is designed for students who intend to transfer to a four-year college or university. Requirements may be updated prior to the start of the Fall 2024 semester. Students completing this program should consult a counselor or advisor to develop their degree plan and for registration advice.
