EDMT 260 Metallurgy & Mech Testing

(Contact Hours: 5) In this hands-on course, the science of metals, metal alloys, and industrial metal processing are studied using lab experiments. The material property effects of casting, forming, bending, welding, and heat treatment of metallic materials is examined, as well as basic material selection and material property determination. Minimum benchmarks will be enforced.
