Sustainable Brewing, AS
The Associate of Science degree in sustainable brewing is designed for students planning a career in brewing science. This rigorous science-based program prepares students for employment in the brewing industry or other fields in the natural or physical sciences.
This program is designed for students who intend to transfer to a four-year college or university. Requirements may be updated prior to the start of the Fall 2022 semester. Students completing this program should consult a counselor or advisor to develop their degree plan and for registration advice.

Transfer Notes: Students complete the Sustainable Brewing, CERT courses and then, under a two-plus-two transfer program with Western Michigan University, complete sciences and general education electives toward a Bachelor of Science at Western Michigan University. It is recommended that a student complete three of the following courses to fulfill the twelve credits of science required: BIO 101, BIO 104, CHM 120, and CHM 130.
